Estimates are provided free of charge providing that the client is within 15 miles of SN6. Kindly note that I do not indertake Plumbing, Electrical, Brick or plastering works. An Estimate is an educated guess at the cost of the works discussed. The invoiced price can differ from the estimated price because of unforseen problems and material prices. The more complex the job, the more chance of a differing estimate. That said, I will always seek permission from the customer prior to undertaking any extra work.

Minimum call out charge for those small jobs. Easing a sticking door, adjusting/replacing a lock etc. Basic charge is £20.00, but any items required to complete the works will be charged as extras, detailed on an itemised invoice
